Whittly

Refund Policy

Last updated 6 September 2026. There is a free plan precisely so you can find out whether Whittly works for you before paying anything.

14 days, no argument

Ask within 14 days of a payment and we refund it in full. You do not need to explain why, and we will not try to talk you out of it.

This applies to your first payment on a plan. It also applies to a renewal you did not intend — if a subscription renewed and you meant to cancel, tell us and we will refund it.

After 14 days

Subscriptions are billed monthly, so the most you are ever exposed to is one month. Cancel and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for; you will not be charged again.

We do not normally refund part-months, but if something went wrong at our end — a long outage, clips that never rendered — email us and we will make it right.

How to ask

Either way works:

  • Email support@whittly.app from the address you signed up with.
  • Use the link in the receipt Paddle emailed you, or go to paddle.net and look up your purchase.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Paddle processes them, usually within 3 to 5 working days, though your bank may take a little longer to show it.

Cancelling

Cancel from the Paddle receipt link at any time. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops future payments; it does not by itself refund past ones, so ask if you want one.

Statutory rights

Nothing here reduces rights you have by law. Consumers in the UK and EU have a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase, which this policy matches. If your local law gives you more, that applies.

Who takes the payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns.

Your statement shows Paddle rather than Korel, which is why a charge may look unfamiliar. See pricing for what each plan costs.
